Beechwood Playground

The Beechwood Playground is located at 2270 Beechwood Ave. Alliance, OH. The Playground is maintained by the trustees with the help of the Playground Committee, and Superintendent, Travis Keller. Members of the Board are Jenny Skolosh, Dave Socotch, Larry Zank, Rob Kidd and Matt Truax The playground covers 10 acres and has 3 pavilions that can be rented out April through October (weather permitting). Each pavilion comes with a ball field. To Schedule an event at one of the Pavilions, please call the Administration office at 330-821-9834.

Chicken Dinner and Car Show

The Playground Committee along with the Washington Ruritans hold a car show and Chicken and Biscuit Dinner at the Playground on the 3rd Saturday in July each year. The money is used for the upkeep of the Playground. The Dinner and Car Show will be July 20th in 2024.

Pavilions

The Playground has three pavilions that can be rented out April through October. Each rental includes the use of a baseball field. The prices are as follows:

Pav #1 (with kitchen) $110.00

Pav #1 (without kitchen) $85.00

Pav #2 $55.00

Pav #3 $45.00

All Pavilions are half price Mon - Thursday (excluding holidays).
